Westpointe Parkway is a privately gated community with plenty of extras like a neighborhood pool and playground with clubhouse. It is conveniently located near I-40 or the airport, but close to the country. Dues are $265 per year billed semi-annually and cover the costs of insurance, security & maintenance to the pool, park and common areas.
