Gardens at Westpointe
The Gardens at Westpointe is a gated community conveniently located near I-40 or the airport. The dues for 2012 are $300 payable semi-annually with the first installment due March 1st and the second installment due September 1st. The dues pay for the general maintenance of the front entrance common areas, gates and private streets.
