White Fences features private country living with private gates and large lots.  Owners share common areas which can be used for horse back riding.  Dues, currently $3,500.00 per year, are payable quarterly beginning in March of each year and fund the upkeep of the gates, private roads and natural areas.  White Fences is near I-35 with entrances on Britton Road and Sooner Road.
