White Fences features private country living with private gates and large lots.  Owners share common areas which can be used for horse back riding.  Dues currently $3,000.00 per year, payable on January 1 and May 1 and pay for upkeep of the gates, private roads and natural areas.  White Fences is near I-35 with entrances on Britton Road and Sooner Road.
