A large brand new neighborhood with many amenities, the Villages at Coffee Creek is located near Coffee Creek golf course on the east side of Kelly Avenue, north of Covell Road. There are two clubhouses for owners to use for meetings and parties, two swimming pools and extensive common areas with walking trails.  Dues for 2013 will remain the same at $600.00 for maintenance of all the improvements.
