Well established neighborhood that is a mix of single family and condominiums.  Something for everyone.  The neighborhood enjoys quiet living and has a clubhouse and pool.  Timberdale is located in Timberdale Ridge just off Boulevard and north of Danforth Road.  The dues for 2012 are $60.00 per month for homes and $190.00 per month for condominiums which includes some exterior maintenance.
