Thornbrooke Village is a privately gated community on the east side of Bryant Avenue just north of 33rd Avenue in East Edmond. Neighborhood dues are currently $600.00, payable each year, and go towards neighborhood security, maintenance of the entrances & common areas and insurance.

ROOF NOTICE

Dear TBV Neighbors

The new shingle has been approved by the TBV Board and The Architectural  Committee. As in the past, only one shingle and one color will be approved for the neighborhood. This will help maintain the quality appearance that we currently have. The new shingle is GAF brand, Woodland series, Cedarwood Abbey color. This is the shingle that GAF recommended as the replacement. Please see the attached letter from GAF. Also, I will include a link, so you can visit the web page and view the information.
