Stonebriar is a multi-phase neighborhood with something for everyone. It will contain a pool and clubhouse. Parts of the neighborhood will be gated.

 Dues are currently $275.00 per year for the main HOA to keep up with neighborhood expenses. 

The Enclave at Stonebriar is privately gated.  Homeowners living in the Enclave will pay the normal HOA dues of $275.00 and separate dues to The Enclave at Stonebriar for maintenance of the gate and private streets of $225.00 per year. 

Another area of Stonbriar is The Elms of Stonebriar.  The Elms is also privately gated AND the homeowners association will mow the lawns and maintain the front beds.  Besides the $275.00 for the main HOA homeowners in The Elms will pay an additional $1060.00 per year for these services.
