Pebble Creek
Pebble Creek is located at the corner of Kelly Avenue and Danforth Road. It is close to downtown Edmond with easy access to Broadway Extension. The neighborhood features a park and pool. Annual dues are currently $157.50.
MEMBERSHIP TO PEBBLE CREEK:
To join the Pebble Creek Hoa the Supplemental Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions Form
This can be done 2 ways.
- You will
file the form at the Oklahoma County Court House with the
Court Clerk. There is a $13.00 filing charge. You will then bring the official document
to Neighborhood Services with a $157.50 annual Homeowners Dues payment. We will provide you with a copy of the filed form upon request.
- OR you may bring the completed form to Neighborhood Services to file with the County for you. We will need the $157.50 Annual dues payment as well as a separate check for the $13.00 filing fee.
Once this process is completed, you are a permanent member of the HOA.
*Our office only accepts Checks or Money Orders & please make checks payable to Pebble Creek HOA.
