A large brand new neighborhood with extensive common areas including ponds and walking trails.  Deer Creek water and schools.  Dues for 2012 are set at $259.00 and are due March 1st. Settlers Crossing is located just south of northwest 220th on the east side of Pennsylvania Avenue.
