Oaks III
The Oaks III neighborhood is located in the NE part of Oklahoma City at Eastern and the Kilpatrick Turnpike. The neighborhood is close to Oklahoma Christian University, the Kilpatrick Turnpike, shopping and restaurants. Dues for 2012 are $250 per year with a special assessment of $50 for common area improvement projects.
