Park Place
Park Place is located off Sooner Road on east Rock Creek Road and 12 Avenue NE. It features walking trails and a fishing pond with a dog park in close proximity to the community. Neighborhood dues are $100.00 owed annually by March 31st. They cover a blanket insurance policy & landscaping to the common areas.

If any Homeowner notices any type of suspicious activity in the neighborhood please contact the Norman Police Department at 321-1600. These call can be made on an anonymous basis. After receiving the the call, the Police Department will send on Officer to patrol and check out the activity reported.
To help Park Place keep track of criminal activity, which will aid in decisions made to benefit the entire neighborhood, there is one step you can do to contribute. After making your call, ask the Officer taking the call to give you the "CALL FOR SERVICE NUMBER". This number is what the calls are logged by and will give us the information on the type of activity that took place. All the calls are logged by date, and time and this procedure is the only way to track the calls made. If you would then send that number to Park Place Board via Neighborhood Services at KerriS@NeighborhoodsPlus.com the Board will be able to keep track of the activity to determine what actions, if any need to be taken. We cannot designate funds without having accurate information to base decisions on.
If you desire complete anonymity, you can call one of the Board members and give them the "CALL FOR SERVICE NUMBER". The phone numbers of all members are posted on the website .
