Nichols Gate is located in NW Oklahoma City off West Wilshire Boulevard & North May Avenue, minutes from Lake Hefner Parkway. HOA Dues for 2013 are $1500.00 and are due February 28th. The dues go towards the maintenance of the front gate and entry as well as the beautification of the neighborhood.
