A new community, surrounded by restaurants and shopping opportunities, with quick access to Lake Hefner Parkway, La Sonata is located north of Danforth Road on Pennsylvania Avenue.  Each year the residents pay $150.00 in dues for the upkeep of the community areas, front entrance and playground as well as insurance coverage for the neighborhood.
