Olde StoneBridge is an exclusive neighborhood with a privately gated entrance. The neighborhood features large lots and a feel of country living. Dues for 2011 are currently $720 per year and cover maintenance of the gate, private streets, insurance and mowing of the common areas. New Buyers pay a $350 transfer fee at closing.
