Lakeside of Oakdale is a privately gated neighborhood located in east Edmond, off Air Depot & Hefner Road with easy access to I-35. Yearly neighborhood dues are based upon the location of the lot or home ranging from $1,500.00 for non-lakeside & $2,000.00 for lakeside properties.  These dues go towards funding the insurance, security, and landscaping throughout the neighborhood.
