Falcon Ridge Estates is located in the NE part of Oklahoma City at Eastern and the Kilpatrick Turnpike.  This new development is close to Oklahoma Christian University, the Kilpatrick Turnpike, shopping and restaurants.  The dues are currently $300 per year which covers the maintenance of the extensive common areas.
