Cascata Falls is a newly completed development located in Edmond one mile north of Waterloo Road between Bryant Avenue & Coltrane. A serene community with outdoor amenities including a pond with common areas, a pool and Cabana & large treed acreages. Homeowner's dues are $450.00 per year paid on January 31st with an additional dues for all pond lot owners. The dues go toward the maintenance of the above features as well as cover the insurance policy for the common areas.
