Cascata Falls is a newly completed development located in Edmond one mile north of Waterloo Road between Bryant Avenue & Coltrane. A serene community with outdoor amenities including a pond with common areas, a pool and Cabana & large treed acreages. Homeowner's dues are $450.00 per year paid on January 31st with an additional $121.00 owed by all pond lot owners. The dues go toward the maintenance of the above features as well as cover the insurance policy for the common areas.
